An output shaft is arranged in a shell, the interior of the shell is provided with a cavity, the middle part of the output shaft is fixedly connected with an external gear pinion, and the external gear pinion is externally provided with internal gear big gears which are meshed with the external gear pinion, two groups of internal meshing gear pairs with few tooth difference are formed, the two internal gear big gears are connected through a crankshaft which is hinged with the shell; a plurality of groups of reciprocating driving components are arranged around the shell, a piston rod of a plunger cylinder is arranged along the radial direction of the output shaft, the piston rod is connected to the external gear pinion through a compression spring, a rod cavity and rodless cavity of the plunger cylinder are connected with a two-position four-way valve, and are communicated with an oil inlet and oil return pipeline in the output shaft; and the rod cavity and the rodless cavity are communicated with each other through a two-position two-way valve.
