Embodiment Construction

[0085] Hereinafter, some exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art would realize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and descriptions are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not restrictive.

[0086] The first embodiment of the present invention provides a tower crane inspection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology, refer to figure 1 shown, including:

[0087] Step S110: Using a 3D laser to scan the overall structure surface of the current tower crane to be inspected, to obtain a 3D structure graphic of the current tower crane. Aerial photography can be used to scan the tower cranes as a whole, and scan all the tower cranes in the construction site.

[0088] Step S120: Select the center of the base of the current three-dimensional structure graphic of the tower crane as the origin ...

Abstract

The invention provides a tower crane inspection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology. The method comprises the following steps: scanning with a three-dimensional laser, acquiring a three-dimensional structural figure of the current tower crane, and constructing a first coordinate system; selecting a three-dimensional structural figure of a standard tower crane of the same type to construct a second coordinate system; overlapping the first coordinate system with the second coordinate system, and marking the coincident coordinate points as coordinate points of the second coordinate system; removing the second coordinate system and marking the remaining coordinate points other than the coincident coordinate points in the first coordinate system; and taking a portion corresponding to the marked coordinate points on the three-dimensional structure figure of the current tower crane as a portion where the problem occurs in the inspection. The tower crane inspection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology obtains the three-dimensional figure of the tower crane through three-dimensional laser scanning, compares the obtained three-dimensional figureof the tower crane with the three-dimensional figure of the standard tower crane, and comprehensively checks the damage and deformation of the tower crane components, thereby improving the safety ofthe tower crane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to construction equipment, in particular to a tower crane inspection method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology. Background technique [0002] In order to strengthen the safety management of tower cranes at the construction site and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, safety inspections are required when using tower cranes to ensure the safe use of tower cranes. [0003] In the prior art, the safety inspection of tower cranes is carried out by security inspectors by observing each component and connection. This inspection method is a waste of time, and it is easy to ignore the micro-deformation or structural cracks of the tower crane. comprehensive. At the same time, when inspecting small damages, security inspectors need to use special equipment to carefully inspect welding or stressed structures, which seriously affects the security inspection time of the equipment and will also cause certain dangers to ...
