Abstract

According to a part structure, a feature structure capable of accurately judging the posture and the position of a part is determined; and the structure can completely realize the limitation of the position and the posture of the part in a space. A coordinate value of the part in a current coordinate system is measured through non-contact measurement. The coordinate position of the part is calibrated through a multi-coordinate system conversion algorithm. Through a geometricrelation among the coordinate value, the features of the part and the matching surface of the part, position and posture data of the matching surface of the part is obtained, and the data is transmitted to a robot control system, thereby driving a robot to locate the part to an assembled position.
