Abstract

The testing system comprises a cushion sensor, a data acquisition module, a wireless communication module and a hostcomputer. The cushion sensor is disposed on a seat cushion of a tractor driver and is used for collecting a whole body vibration signal of the driver, transforming the vibration signal into a voltagesignal, and sending the voltage signal to the data acquisition module. The data acquisition module sends the voltage signal to the host computer by the wireless communication module. Therefore, the data transmission mode is changed to be a wireless transmission mode and thus the data measured by the sensor are sent to the host computer by means of wireless transmission, so that repeated connectionand disconnection are avoided and thus the test efficiency is high.
