Abstract

A monitoring device (20) that easily calculates a degree of damage for prescribed machinery in a wind turbine (1), and is able to formulate an evaluation index for wind gusts that includes the degreeand the frequency of occurrence of wind gusts at a construction site for the wind turbine (1). The monitoring device (20) has a monitoring control unit (23) that obtains a time history waveform of thewind velocity from wind velocity data indicating the change over time in the wind velocity of the wind turbine (1). The monitoring control unit (23) is configured so as to extract wind gusts from thetime history waveform of the wind velocity, perform a wind gust evaluation, and cumulatively calculate a degree of damage for the prescribed machinery in the wind turbine (1) for each wind gust profile on the basis of the wind gust evaluation.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to a technique for monitoring the state of a wind turbine generator, and in particular, to a wind turbine monitoring device, a wind turbine monitoring method, a wind turbine monitoring program, and a storage medium for monitoring Fatigue life state caused by heat, vibration, etc. of electronic components and devices in the Background technique [0002] In the prior art, there is an apparatus proposed in PTL 1 and PTL 2 as an apparatus for monitoring the state of a wind turbine generator (hereinafter, referred to as a wind turbine). The device proposed in PTL 1 is a wind turbine monitoring device that automatically performs wind turbine condition monitoring and also performs condition assessment quantitatively based on appropriate references. The device proposed in PTL 2 is a condition monitoring system that generates a threshold value of abnormality of a device provided in a wind turbine by using data collected before di...
