Abstract

The invention relates to a novel SPR sensor combined with a fluorescence imaging method. The novel SPR sensor comprises a light source generation device, a polarizer, a phase modulation device, a prism, an SPR sensor chip, a light source signal receiving device and a fluorescence imaging module. The light source generation device generates a light source. The phase modulation device modulates thelight source into SPR exciting light of different initial phases. Adapters on the sensor chip are used for capturing target cells. The light source signal receiving device receives reflected light signals. A computer converts the light signals into refractive index change information. After the targeted cells are captured by the adapters, adapters modified by a fluorescent dye are introduced again, a fluorescence imaging system excites the fluorescent dye to emit fluorescent light, and a CCD acquires an image to determine the density of the captured target cells. The novel SPR sensor accordingto the invention adopts a mode of using the adapters to capture the cells without the need of cell dissociation, so that operation is easy and convenient; and the SPR sensor working at a terahertz wave band and an infrared wave band has the characteristics of real time and high sensitivity in cell detection, and by combining with the fluorescence imaging method, detection is more accurate.
