Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that an upper core plate and a lower core plate are cut out, the upper core plate and the lower core plate are made of titanium alloy hollow plates with lattice type solid nodes, each connecting rib strip is of a strip-shaped groove structure, solid nodes are formed at the crossed positions of the connecting ribs, the upper core plate and the lower core plate are oppositely buckled to form the middle core plate, and the strip-shaped groove structures can forma hollow rib structure; two side plates of the titanium alloy hollow structure are machined, and a reinforcing block is machined; and a low-carbon steel ladle sleeve with a block-shaped groove on theinner side surface is machined, a middle core plate which is formed by buckling the upper core plate and the lower core plate, the two side panels and peripheral low-carbon steel ladle sleeves are sequentially stacked and packaged from inside to outside, reinforcing blocks are additionally arranged between the joint of the two side plates and the low-carbon steel ladle sleeves, diffusion connection and superplastic forming are performed to obtain the hollow rib lattice structure, and finally the low-carbon steel ladle sleeves and the reinforcing blocks are removed.
