The solar energy collecting device comprises a solar cell panel, light intensity sensors, a shake sensor, pushing rod motors, an upper platform, ball pair connecting pieces, a base plate, a wire, a control module, a voltage conversion module, a water platform power system, a storage battery and a voltage stabilization module. The light intensity sensors are fixed to corners of the solar cell panel. The solar cell panel is fixed to the upper platform. The shake sensor is fixed to the lower end of the upper platform. The pushing rod motors are arranged on the four corners between the upper platform and the base plate, two ends of each pushing rod motor are connected with the upper platform and the base plate through the ball pair connecting pieces to form an extensible branch chain, and the effect of adjusting a pose of the upper platform is played.
