Then the objective function of genetic algorithm modelfor multi-source dispatching is set according to the requirements of water diversion. The water restriction of diverted water source and ecological water requirement are further determined. Adoptingthe mathematical model of genetic algorithm, the allocation scheme set of water transfer quantity in different years and different periods is established. The EFDC distributed hydrodynamic and water quality model is used to simulate the changes of water quantity and water quality under different water diversion schemes.
