Abstract

The invention discloses an ultrasonic atomization steam washing machine, which comprises a washing water vapor atomization device, a washing power supply device, a washing working cabin, a waste steamliquefaction recycle device, a PLC master control device and a main frame. The washing machine is characterized in that ultrasonic atomized washing water or clean water is mixed with fresh air to form atomized steam which is pressurized and conveyed to the washing cabin by a vacuum pressure pump, and the atomized steam keeps a set temperature and high pressure in the washing cabin and enters intoa clothes fiber gap to dissolve pollutants and unpleasant odor and dilute the pollutants. Then the vacuum pressure pump is used for forming a vacuum negative pressure environment for the washing cabin again, therefore waste steam with dissolved pollutants and unpleasant odor in the clothes fibers is quickly discharged out of the washing cabin. The waste steam is subjected to negative oxygen ion precipitation and secondary precipitation filtration to realize water and gas separation, wherein the water and gas are respectively discharged out of the washing machine while drying the washing clothes with radiation heating under a negative pressure environment. The washing machine has the advantages that the washing clothes can be dried fast and less damage to the clothes. The washing machine is particularly suitable for washing large-volume clothes such as single-piece down coats, overcoats and the like.
