Abstract

The scratch-resistant PS composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 100 parts of PS, 3 to 5 parts of titanate, 10 to 16 parts of heat-conducting scratch resistant master batches, 0.1 to 0.5 part of an antioxidant and 0.1 to 0.3 part of a compatilizer; and the heat-conducting scratch resistant master batches are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 60 parts of LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), 12 to 16 parts of TiO2-supported ZnO particles, 0.1to 0.3 part of a coupling agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a lubricating agent.
