The protective facility provided by the invention is used to solve the problem that 'the existing nuclear power plant is usually not equipped with a protective facility other than the nuclear power plant itself'. The protective facility can rapidly reduce the damage degree of radiation leakage of the nuclear power plants and the like within a few minutes in accidents including a nuclear leak, and protects the safety of the life around the important facilities or areas such as the nuclear power plants.
