The obtained modified polyester fiber filament has the characteristics of low breaking elongation rate, difficulty in deformation and the like; and modified polyester fiber cloth spun by virtue of the modified polyester fiber filament is specially applied to sea reclamation, the sea reclamation effect is good, and the cost is low.
