Abstract

The invention discloses a compact type laser system for an atomic interferometer. The compact type laser system for the atomic interferometer is composed of a control system and a laser system, and the control system controls the laser system through a data collection card, a laser diode current controller, a proportional integral differentiating circuit, a lock-in amplifier and a voltage controlled crystal oscillator. The laser system emits a 780nm laser through a diode optimal maser in an optical fiber coupling diode laser module (FDL), and then, the 780nm laser is coupled to PM optical fiber through the FDL treatment. A laser beam from the FDL gets better isolation through the module treatment of an optical fiber coupling optical isolator. Then, the laser beam is divided into two partsthrough an optical fiber coupling beam splitter, one part of the laser beam is used for locking and adjusting the laser frequency of the control system, and the other part of the laser beam is used for generating a cooling light beam, a purging light beam, a re-pumping light beam and raman light beam pairs. The laser system has the advantages of small volume, stable laser frequency and the like, and has good application prospects in portable type atomic interferometers.
