The whirlwind disk assembly comprises a plurality of whirlwind units distributed in the circumferential direction of the EGR core body. Each whirlwind unit comprises a whirlwind sheet and a fixed supporting column extending in the radial direction of the EGR core body. The ends, facing air inlets of the mixer core body, of the whirlwind sheets rotate around and are matched with the supporting columns. Acting force applied to the whirlwind sheets by elastic components between the whirlwind sheets and the supporting columns drives the whirlwind sheets to rotate in thedirection of reducing the flow area of the EGR core body. Each whirlwind unit further comprises a positioning structure used for limiting the rotating angle of the whirlwind sheets. A turbine type whirlwind sheet combined structure with changeable whirlwind strength is adopted. Pressure drop of an inlet and an outlet of the mixer is reduced and whirlwind is generated by the mixer, and the mixing effect is improved.
