Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of gene sequence form analysis and discloses an analysis method for a corynoneura gene 16SrDNA fragment sequence in combination with the form of the sequence. According to the method, firstly, 17 pieces of corynoneura are classified according to the morphology classification method and divided into seven species, the 16SrDNA gene sequence is analyzed, it is displayed through an analysis result that the substitution saturation phenomenon does not exist in gene sequence, and the method can be applied to phylogenetic analysis. The gene sequence is analyzed, the genetic distance of the gene sequence is calculated, the interspecific genetic distance of different species and intraspecific genetic distance can be obtained, and the interspecific geneticdistance is larger than the intraspecific genetic distance. It is primarily proved through an experiment that the closer the genetic relationship is, the smaller the genetic distance is, and the farther the genetic relationship is, the larger the genetic distance is; the same species in the form is gathered into one species, the confidence values are 100, seven molecule species exist, and it is determined that the result of molecular identification based on the 16SrDNA gene is completely identical to that of form identification.
