Raster and prism combined ultraspectrum method for measuring image

A hyperspectral image, combined technology, applied in optical radiation measurement, spectrometry/spectrophotometry/monochromator, measuring device, etc. There are more detailed spatial and spectral structure problems, so as to achieve high photon effective utilization, high spectral and spatial restoration accuracy, and overcome the inability to measure hyperspectral images of dynamic objects.

Problems solved by technology

Since the spatial resolution must be achieved by means of slits, imaging spectroscopy has two limitations: (1) the effective utilization of photons is very low, and it is very difficult to detect weak radiation; (2) it is only suitable for measuring hyperspectral images of static objects
The first one uses a prism as a light splitting element, by rotating the entire optical system around the optical axis (Opt. ) produces multiple tomographic projections, which are used to measure weak-radiation stationary objects. The main disadvantages are: the "rotation system method" has high requirements for rotation stability; the "prism change method" has high requirements for the performance of the prism group, and the use of complex
Spectral tomography, due to the complex mathematical relationship between the tomographic projection sequence and the original hyperspectral image, it takes multiple algebraic iterations or complex transformations to reconstruct the hyperspectral image of the object, and the reconstructed hyperspectral image shows a strong "smoothing" effect, therefore, not suitable for measuring objects with finer spatial and spectral structures

Embodiment Construction

[0020] An embodiment of the present invention:

[0021] A hyperspectral image measuring device manufactured by the method of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 . The device is composed of objective lens 1, one-dimensional grating 2, lens 3, prism 4, lens 5, detector 6 and computer 7 and other parts. Among them, the one-dimensional grating 2 adopts an amplitude type grating; the lens 3 adopts a collimating lens; the prism 4 adopts a dispersion prism, and a one-dimensional grating can also be used instead of a dispersion prism; the lens 5 adopts a converging lens; the detector 6 adopts an area array detector. The one-dimensional grating 2 is located on the image plane of the objective lens 1: the front focal plane of the lens 3 coincides with the one-dimensional grating 2; a prism 4 is placed between the lens 3 and the lens 5, and the dispersion direction of the prism is parallel to the line direction of the grating; The detection surface of the detector 6 coincides with ...

Abstract

A raster and prism combined ultraspectrum method for measuring image is disclosed, and it uses one-dimensional raster and prism simultaneously to perform space and spectrum coding of object image. A detector is used to acquire the data of coded image. The ultraspectrum image of object is restored by digital subtraction operating. The fixed, dynamic and weakly radiating objects can be measured with high spectrum and space resolution. Its advantages simple structure, high stability and convenient application. It can be used for scientific research, general resource investigation, environment monitor, and target recognition.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of spectrum measurement, and relates to a method for measuring hyperspectral images of objects by combining a grating and a prism. Background technique: [0002] Hyperspectral image refers to a three-dimensional image described by "continuous" one-dimensional wavelength and two-dimensional space, such as the image formed by an object passing through an optical imaging system. [0003] Internationally, since the early 1980s, methods and techniques for measuring hyperspectral images of objects have been developed. In the past two decades, the technical methods used in engineering are mainly imaging spectroscopy technology methods that combine imaging technology and spectral technology. In imaging spectroscopy technology, the front optical system images the object on the incident slit of the spectrometer; the spectrometer separates the light radiation entering through the slit by wavelength; it is measured by...
