The directional long-distance permeability augmentation method of the coal and rock massescomprises the following steps that (1) the direction requiring to add permeability in rock masses is ensured; (2) a PVC pipe is manufactured into an outer shell and an energy collecting cover of an explosive tube; (3) the outer shell and the energy collecting cover which are manufactured from the PVC pipe are uniformly coated with antistatic paint, and the energy collecting cover and the outer shell are bonded together by adhesive; (4) a mine-used water gel explosive column is loaded into the energy collecting cover so that an explosive roll can be manufactured; (5) a plurality of blasting holes are drilled from the permeability-adding direction to the rock mass requiring directional crack permeability-adding on the ground, and the blasting holes are arranged linearly in the permeability-adding direction; and (6) after the explosive roll is loaded into the blasting holes, all blasting holes are blocked, and filled explosive are detonated.
