The system comprises a power supply module,a USB interface module, a USB controller module, a driving circuit module and a relay circuit module, wherein the USB interface module comprises a USB male port and a USB female port; the power supply module comprises a power supply unit, an AC (Alternating Current)-DC (Direct Current) circuit unit and a DC-DC circuit unit; the USB controller module is connected with one end of the USB male portto form a USB disk module; the USB disk module is plugged into and connected with one end of the USB female port through the USB interface; the other end of the USB female port is connected with the input end of the driving circuit module; and the output end of the driving circuit module is connected with the relay circuit module. By use of the system, through the plug-in USB controller, an external instruction signal is wirelessly received, a USB processor module is used for processing, and a signal is output to the driving circuit module through the USB interface so as to control the on-offoutput of the relay.
