Abstract

The invention discloses a making method of alfalfa and whole-plant corn mixed silage and feed prepared from the alfalfa and whole-plant corn mixed silage. The making method comprises followings steps:alfalfa is harvested when growing to the initial flowering stage, and whole-plant corns are harvested at the late milk stage; the whole-plant corns are cut into sections by a hay cutter, and sectionlength is 1-2 cm; sun-drying is performed for 12-24 h and water content is kept in a range of 50%-70%; the alfalfa and the whole-plant corns in a ratio being 4:6-6:4 in percentage by weight are mixedsufficiently and uniformly with smaller than 5% of distillers' grains as an attractant and smaller than 5% of edible salt; the alfalfa and the whole-plant corns after mixing are placed in a silage pool in a filling manner layer by layer and compacted until the materials are higher than the pool surface by 20-30 cm, and a plastic thin film is laid for sealing; the silage is fermented at 20-25 DEG Cfor 60-70 days.
