A manufacturing process of hoops for a floor washer is characterized by comprising the following steps that (1) a pouring mold is arranged, the required steel pipe is poured through the pouring mold,the steel pipe obtained through pouring is polished after calcination and water cooling treatment, then a blower is utilized to blow off the polishing dust of the steel pipe, a finished steel pipe isobtained; (2) the steel pipe obtained from the first step is cut into needed hoop blanks according to the calculated sizes; and (3) the hoop blanks obtained from the second step are pressed on a to-be-poured fixed support through a C-shaped positioning piece, and a hardware structural member and the fixed support are connected with the two ends of the C-shaped positioning piece separately.
