An infrared forming detector is adopted to detect the shape of a shell, and can send a shape signal to spraying equipment; a nozzle of the spraying equipment sprays coating in the shell shape to the shell according to the shape signal, and waste of the coating is avoided; the sprayed shell is put into a high-frequency heating furnace to be primarily cured, and the curing effect is enhanced; finally, the sprayed shell is cooled to the normal temperature within 5 min, and the curing effect of the coating is further enhanced.
