The device comprises a containing cavity, a rotating device and at least two air injection pipes. Wastewater enters the rotating device in the containing cavity from a water inlet of the containing cavity, and small holes are formed in side faces of blades of the rotating device, so that the wastewater is sprayed out from the small holes under the action of differential pressure inside and outside the holes; the rotating device is rotated under the action of reactingforce, and in a rotating process, the wastewater sprayed from the small holes collides with the inner wall of the containing cavity; meanwhile, at least two air injection pipes which are arranged tangentially to the containing cavity are used for injecting air into the containing cavity, and then the air is rotated in the containing cavity, is in contact with the wastewater in the side wall of the containing cavity, carries out ammonia-nitrogen gas in the wastewater, and then is discharged from an air outlet channel of the containing cavity; and the wastewater is discharged from a lower wateroutlet. According to the device, ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater can be efficiently removed, and operation cost is low.
