The device comprises a three-necked flask, a thermometer and two condenser pipes respectively arranged at three connection mouths of the three-necked flask, and a heating device arranged below the three-necked flask, wherein a connection pipe of one condenser pipe and the connection mouth of the three-necked flask is provided with a valve, and the other end of the condenser pipe is connected with a recycling bottle. The device can be used for detecting crosslinking degree ofdimethylbenzene and recycling dimethylbenzene. Compared with the prior art, the device can recycle mass dimethylbenzene (with recovery rate 90% or above), and saves cost for treating toxic and harmful wastes.
