Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of engines and provides a nickel-based single crystal blade performance evaluation method based on a directly cut micro sample. The nickel-based single crystal blade performance evaluation method based on the directly cut micro sample comprises the following steps: firstly obtaining an initial sample of a nickel-based single crystal blade; observing a first microscopic structure of the initial sample; performing a fatigue test on the initial sample under preset test parameters, thus a tested sample is obtained; observing a second microscopic structure of the tested sample; and according to the preset test parameters, the first microscopic structure and the second microscopic structure, evaluating performance of the nickel-based single crystal blade. Compared with the prior art, test cost is reduced, difference of microscopic structures of a material is considered, and performance of a service engine blade can be really and accurately reflected.
