Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear power station fire-fighting water production and distribution systems and provides a method of synchronously replacing a peripheral plant fire-fighting water isolation valve of a nuclear power station. The method comprises the following steps of using a main temporary pipeline to connect an external fire-fighting pipe on an outlet connectionpipeline of a fire-fighting water pump group with an external fire-fighting head on a set of host machine fire-fighting pipe networks; using an auxiliary temporary pipeline to connect an outer connecting pipeline of a peripheral fire-fighting pipe network with a high-level reservoir water feeding pipe network in the nuclear power station; isolating each host machine fire-fighting pipe network froma corresponding isolation valve on the peripheral fire-fighting pipe network; replacing each isolation valves, and gradually removing isolation to each isolation valve; and disassembling the main temporary pipeline and the auxiliary temporary pipeline. In the method of synchronously replacing the peripheral plant fire-fighting water isolation valve of the nuclear power station, when various isolation valves on the host machine fire-fighting pipe network and the peripheral fire-fighting pipe network are replaced, the fire-fighting water can be provided to the host machine fire-fighting pipe network and the peripheral fire-fighting pipe network, so that safe running of a steam turbine unit system and a peripheral auxiliary system is ensured, and potential safety hazards are lowered.
