The ship bottom welding underwater robot comprises a carbon fiber frame, underwater brushless two-way propellers, a sealed box body, a five-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm, a welding system, absorbing systems, a monitoring system and an umbilical cable; the carbon fiber framecomprises four sets of carbon fiber brackets; the underwater brushless two-way propellers are fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the carbon fiber brackets; the absorbing systems are fixedly mounted atthe tops of the carbon fiber brackets, and comprise hydraulic rods and electromagnetic devices; and the electromagnetic devices are mounted at the tops of the hydraulic rods.
