Abstract

The invention relates to a large-scale automatic lathe product continuous and mounting system device. The system device comprises a central control screen, a discharger, a first procedure transportation belt, an accessory distributing valve, an accessory positioning valve, a goods shelf infrared detector, a first procedure end product transportation belt, a product head turning belt, a product timing belt and a second procedure transportation belt. When the goods shelf infrared detector detects that no accessory exists on a goods shelf, a transportation channel is sealed by the accessory distributing valve, a channel, without accessories, entering the goods shelf is connected, and the accessories enter the goods shelf through the accessory positioning valve. If the accessories enter the goods shelf once, the distributing valve retreats, a main channel is opened, and the accessories are conveyed to the next good shelf without the accessories. The accessories finished in the first procedure enter all lathes of the second procedure through the method the same as that of the first procedure; and if the accessories have more procedures, the accessories are treated in the same way. The system device has the advantages that full automation and intellectualization are achieved, and a large quantity of manpower and material resources is saved.
