Abstract

As that membrane separation and the Fenton reaction are integrated into one body on theone hand, free radicals formed by Fenton reaction can oxidize organic compounds, metal complexes and inorganic substances, the adsorption, complexation and coprecipitation of metal hydroxide flocs can realize that multiple pollutants can be removed simultaneously, the probability of fouling and plugging of the filter membrane is reduced, and the filter membrane is in the receiving chamber, the disturbance caused by the mixer can make the ferric hydroxide flocs accumulated on the filter membrane disturb constantly at the same time, zero-valent iron particles disturb the surface of the filter membrane and combine with the free radical oxidizer produced in situ to play an on-line membrane cleaning role, thereby further reducing the burden of the filter membrane and further preventing the membrane fouling. Compared with the non-integrated device of Fenton reaction and membrane separation, the phenomenon of membrane fouling is greatly reduced. In addition, ultrasonic cavitation, pyrolysisand mechanical vibration can produce synergistic effect with Fenton reaction, which can be used for continuous wastewater treatment.
