Abstract

Disclosed is a groove defect detection system for detecting a defect of an annular groove at an end portion of a tubular element. The system comprises: a visual assembly comprising an annular light source and a lens and a camera located behind the annular light source, wherein the annular light source illuminates the groove using an annular light, and the lens and the camera collect images of the groove; a transmission assembly for driving the tubular element to move such that the tubular element is located in front of the annular light source and is coaxial with the annular light source; and a computing apparatus connected to the camera, and used to acquire the images of the groove and to detect a defect of the groove according to the images of the groove. Further disclosed are a corresponding groove defect detection method and a computing apparatus.
