Problems solved by technology

At present, most transformer temperature detection methods use the top oil temperature method and fiber Bragg grating temperature measurement methods. The measurement range is small, the accuracy is low, the stability is poor, and the hot spot temperature of the winding cannot be accurately obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for arranging and protecting distributed optical fibers in a transformer. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) after the transformer finishes the manufacture of a low-voltage winding, a high-voltage winding and an iron core, laying and fixing distributed optical fibers at the positions of the low-voltage winding, the high-voltage winding and the three-phase iron core; 2) completing sleeving of the high-voltage winding, the low-voltage winding and the three-phase iron core, arranging the arranged optical fiber outgoing lines, performing high-low voltage grouping and binding for lead-out; 3) mounting a flange plate on a transformer box cover, and connecting the distributed optical fibers with a penetrator for lead-out through the flange plate; 4) laying the distributed optical fibers on the inner wall of a transformer oil tank, and leading out outgoing lines through the flange plate of the transformer tank cover; 5) completing the assembly anddrying of the transformer body, and then performing a factory test; and 6) and performing a transformer temperature rise test to test the temperature measurement performance of the distributed opticalfibers. The method for arranging and protecting distributed optical fibers in the transformer can be used for dynamically monitoring the distribution of the temperature field in the oil-immersed transformer in real time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power transformer research, in particular to a method for arranging and protecting distributed optical fibers inside a transformer. Background technique [0002] The power transformer plays an important role in the stable transmission of electric energy transmission in the power grid and the change of the voltage level of the power grid. It is an important power equipment in the operation of the power grid. The safe and reliable operation of the power grid is mainly determined by the safe operation of power equipment, and transformers are one of the main power equipment, so how to improve the safety, reliability and service life of transformers is crucial. [0003] Local overheating of windings is an important factor affecting the normal operation of transformer windings. This abnormal temperature rise will cause accelerated aging of insulating materials such as insulating cardboard and insulating oil in ...
