The method comprises the steps of acquiring electronic prescription information which is prescribed by a doctor, wherein the electronic prescription information comprises patient information and medicine taking information; extracting N target data from the electronic prescription information; inputting the N target data into a knowledge expression model, and obtaining an N*d-dimensional word vector matrix, wherein each target data is mapped to a d-dimensional word vector; inputting theN*d-dimensional word vector matrix into a convolutional neural network model, and outputting a classification vector through the convolutional neural network model; screening at least one target medicine taking kind from multiple medicine taking kinds according to the classification vector; and outputting prescription comment data according to the target medicine taking kind and the pre-configured medical knowledge graph.
