Abstract

Provided is a balancing control device capable of adjusting a threshold value later, said threshold value being used as a reference when balancing the cell voltages of a plurality of cells. The balancing control device (10) has: a voltage detection unit (40) for individually detecting the cell voltages of a plurality of cells (21, 22, 23, 24); individual discharging units (51, 52, 53, 54) for individually discharging the cells; a setting unit (64) for setting a threshold value in an updatable manner, said threshold value being a reference value to be compared with the cell voltages detected bythe voltage detection unit (40); and a control unit (62) for controlling the individual discharging units (51, 52, 53, 54). The control unit (62) compares each cell voltage detected by the voltage detection unit (40) with the threshold value set by the setting unit (64) and performs control so that a cell to be discharged, which has the cell voltage larger than the threshold value, is selectivelydischarged.
