machining method. The method comprises the steps including milling a plane; drilling a centering hole; drilling a guide hole; entering aguide hole in through a
deep hole drill; normal feeding of the
deep hole drill;
deep hole drill feeding at a low rotating speed; deep hole drill retracting; and inspection. In the whole process
route, firstly, the guide hole is machined; then, the inner-cooling deep hole drill is adopted for one-time continuous
machining to the final depth; the
machining quality of an ultrafine deep and long hole, the stability of the
machining process and the reliability of the process are guaranteed through various measures such as selection of an efficient tool, reasonable planning of the process
route andcalculation and optimization of process parameters, the non-
cutting time of pecking drilling and retracting is omitted, and the deep hole machining efficiency is improved. According to the method, the problems of
chip removal, cooling and
lubrication in deep and long hole
closed space machining are solved through an inner-cooling
deep hole drilling tool, a reasonable process
route is designed, the stability of the
machining process and the reliability of the machining precision are guaranteed, one-time feeding machining of the ultrafine deep and long hole is achieved, and the machining efficiency of the deep hole is improved.
