Abstract

The invention discloses a novel ferrite ceramic material, which has the chemical formula of Sr2Fe8O18. The preparation method of the novel ferrite ceramic material comprises the following preparation steps: 1) weighing and proportioning the chemical raw materials SrCO3 and Fe2O3 whose purity is more than 99.9% according to the chemical formula Sr2Fe8O18; 2) mixing the prepared chemical raw materials, putting them into a ball milling pot, adding agate balls and deionized water, ball milling, drying the ball milled raw materials in an infrared drying oven, and sieving; 3) drying that sieved power and pressing the powder into a circular disc by a powder pressing machine; 4) sintering the circular disc at 1180-1240 DEG C for 2-6 hours to obtain a novel ferrite ceramic material. The material prepared by the invention has the layered oxygen vacancy structure characteristic and excellent ionic conductivity.
