The method comprises the steps that elevator operating data are acquired, and statistics for elevator using habits of elevator taking people of a target building are made, and statistical data are obtained; the statistical data are processed to generate a training set and a test set; a recurrent neural network model is established, a recurrent neutral network is subjected to pre-training by means of the training set, and initialization parameters are obtained; the formed training set is input into the recurrent neutral network model, and parameter iterative training is performed automatically; test is performed by means of the test set until the accuracy reaches a preset value; the recurrent neutral network model obtained through training is input into an elevator control system; and the elevator operating time is detected, the recurrent neutral network model automatically judges a target floor where an elevator should automatically stop when the elevator is not used according to the detected elevator operating time, and then an elevator car is made to operate to the target floor through the elevator control system.
