Embodiment Construction

[0024] The gripper 10 comprises two gripper jaws 18 which are arranged movably relative to one another. The gripper jaws 18 are configured for gripping an object 20 . To this end, the inner contour 16 on the tips of the gripper jaws 18 is adapted to the outer contour of the object 20 to be gripped. The object 20 to be grasped is, for example, cylindrical. To this end, the inner contour 16 includes a gripper radius which substantially corresponds to the outer radius of the object 20 . The outer edges of the two gripper jaws 18 run essentially parallel.

[0025] Each of the gripper jaws 18 is movably supported via two hinges 12 . Gripper 10 is symmetrical in this exemplary embodiment. The gripper 10 has a gripper axis 19 shown in dashed lines, which defines the center axis of the gripper 10 . When the gripper 10 is closed, the tips of the gripper jaws 18 move in the direction of the gripper axis 19 . For this purpose, the gripper jaw 18 is movably mounted via at least one ...

Abstract

The present invention provides a device (10) for gripping at least one object (20), in particular a medicinal container. The device comprises at least two gripper jaws (18) movable relative to one another, wherein at least one of the gripper jaws (18) is coupled to the leg (34) via at least one hinge (12) and to the intermediate portion (24) via another hinge (12), and the intermediate portion (24) is configured to be moved by applying negative pressure, especially to vacuum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention starts with a device for grasping at least one object, in particular a medicinal container. Background technique [0002] Mechanical grippers are often used especially when handling sterile packaging devices (syringes, vials, cassettes, ampoules or other containers) in clean rooms. What is important in a clean room is as little movement of particles as possible, which can take place under aseptic conditions. In the case of conventional grippers, there are often hinges or guides where particles may form. To generate the movement, one needs guides and seals, on which particles can likewise form, such as pneumatic cylinders, electromagnets or the like. Current drive schemes could be improved in terms of sterility. Pneumatic cylinders, for example, can become leaky, so that sterile air can get into the clean room. The electromagnet may be rusted. [0003] Other methods used to grab objects are vacuums. The vacuum suction comes into dire...
