A B opening of the first reversing valve is connected with a liquid control opening of the liquid supplementing valve and a B opening of a third electromagnetic reversing valve. The B opening of the third reversing valve is connected with an inlet of an inserting valve through a first throttling opening. An outlet of the first throttling valve is connected with a lower cavity of the oil cylinder of the sliding block through a first one-way valve and a fifth throttling opening. An inlet of the inserting valve is connected with a P opening of the third reversing valve through a second throttling opening. An outlet of the inserting valve is connected with the lower cavity of the oil cylinder of the sliding block. The liquid control opening of the inserting valve is connected with an A opening of a fourth electromagnetic reversing valve. A P opening of the fourth electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with the outlet of the inserting valve. The outlet of the inserting valve is connected with an oil tank through a fourth throttling opening and a third pressure adjusting valve.
