Abstract

The device is composed of a controller, a lubricating oil temperature sensor, lubricating oil heaters, electromagnetic valves and an electric pump. The controller is installed on a bracket right in front of a lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank and is the control center of the lubricating oil temperature control device. The lubricating oil temperature sensor is installed on the front portion of the lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank and is used for automatically sensing and feeding back the temperature in the oil tank in real time. The lubricating oil heaters are installed on the lower portion of the lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank throughclamping hoops. The electric pump and the electromagnetic valves are controlled by the controller to exchange hot lubricating oil in the lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank with cold lubricating oil in the section from an inlet of the pump to an outlet of the auxiliary oil tank at the right time. By means of the device, the lubricating oil temperature in the lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank canbe monitored in real time, and heating and heat preservation can be conducted on the lubricating oil auxiliary oil tank. Therefore, it is ensured that the temperature of the lubricating oil supplied and conveyed to a main lubricating oil tank is within the normal work temperature range all the time.
