Thepiezoelectric ceramic pieces are arranged side by side and can be deformed and expanded under the action of voltage to block through holes in the pipe body, and elastic waterproof outer walls wrappingthe piezoelectric ceramic pieces are arranged on the outer sides of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces. The controller is connected to the piezoelectric ceramic pieces in a control mode and is used forcontrolling the voltage applied to the piezoelectric ceramic pieces to control the deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces.
