A battery heat management loop comprises a battery cooling loop and a battery heating loop, wherein the battery cooling loop comprises a power battery, a second three-way pipe, a second water pump, a heat exchange plate anda second electronic three-way valve which are sequentially connected end to end; and the battery heating loop comprises a power battery, a second three-way pipe, a first electronic three-way valve, afirst water pump, an all-in-one controller, a heat exchanger, a first three-way pipe and a second electronic three-way valve which are sequentially connected end to end.
