Abstract

The invention discloses a power transmission and distribution network coordination planning method considering a strong-weak relationship. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing an electrical distance matrix S of 500 kilovolt nodes in a to-be-planned power grid, wherein the electrical distance matrix S is connected through a 220 kilovolt and below voltage level power grid;and dividing 500 kilovolt nodes into regions by adopting a clustering analysis method in combination with a basic principle of power grid partitioning, judging the strength grade of the 500 kilovoltnodes according to the magnitude of short-circuit current of the 500 kilovolt nodes, and finally planning a 220 kilovolt power grid for the strength grade of the 500 kilovolt nodes in different regions. According to the design, the power supply reliability and safety of the power grid are improved, the operation efficiency of the power transmission and distribution network is improved, and excessive investment construction of the power grid is avoided.
