Abstract

The H-steel component assembly and erection jig frame comprises a left vertical plate, a right vertical plate, locating support frames and bases. The bases are two parallel I-shaped steel beams. The left vertical plate, the right vertical plate and the locating support frames are perpendicularly arranged and supported on the base. The left vertical plate and the right vertical plate are both provided with holes and provided with adjusting plates capable of presetting reverse deformation amount of wing plates. The upper end of each adjusting plate is hinged to the upper edge of the hole of the left vertical plate or the right vertical plate. The lower end of each adjusting plate is connected with the lower edge of the opening of the left vertical plate or the right vertical plate through bolts. The adjustment included angle between each adjusting plate and the left vertical plate or the right vertical plate is in the range of 2-3.5 degrees. The adjusting plates are provided with electromagnetic chucks.
