The thermoplastic phenolic resin and the curing agent are used cooperatively, and the thermoplastic phenolic resin only melts and does not become insoluble when heated, and can be converted into a thermosetting phenolic resin after adding the curing agent, so that the OBS organic stabilizer has good resistance to high temperature.
