The flow stopping protection mechanism comprises a fixing ring, a reinforcing ring and multiple connecting plates, wherein the fixing ring, the reinforcing ring and the connecting plates are arranged coaxially. The protection cylinder mechanism comprises a first protection cylinder, a second protection cylinder and multiple flexible buffering plates. The tops of cylinderbodies are closed. Multiple first through holes and multiple second through holes are formed in the surface of the first protection cylinder and the surface of the second protection cylinder correspondingly. The multiple buffering slopes are arranged uniformly in the radial direction of a pile foundation in a dispersing manner. Each flow stopping assembly comprises a pair of guide plates arrangedon the connecting plates, sliding grooves in the middle portions of the guide plates, multiple reset springs, multiple buffering blocks, flow stopping rods arranged in the sliding grooves in a sliding and penetrating manner, and limiting nuts arranged at the two ends of the flow stopping rods in a sleeving manner.
