Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a multi-layer flame-retardant hollow resin tile. The process comprises: S1) a grinding step, namely a step of introducing required hard raw materialsinto a grinder for grinding and crushing the raw materials to obtain a ground material; S2) a mixing step, namely a step of putting a wet raw material, the ground material and vitrified micro beads into a stirrer, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixture; S3) an extrusion step, namely a step of flatly laying a film in a mold, then feeding the mixture into the mold, placing a hollow frame, then feeding the mixture again, laying a film on the mixture flatly and removing air bubbles on the upper layer through a scraper plate; S4) a drying step, namely a step of putting a plurality of the molds filled with the materials on a storage rack in a drying chamber, and then performing heating and drying to obtain dried tiles; and S5) a cutting and packaging step, namely a step of cutting and trimming the plurality of obtained dried tiles through a cutting machine according to the needed size, and packaging the products.
