Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a large-size touch screen functional sheet by adopting a small screen printing plate. By half integrating a silver paste block film pattern on a small-size screen printing plate, by printing the whole silver paste block film pattern through a rotary screen printing plate printing method, by etching an induction area pattern and then cutting off the redundant silver paste block pattern and painting optical cement, the method reduces investment of early-stage research and development and equipment waste caused by project pause, increases the mold opening cost, and improves product precision. According to the method, the patterns which are divided into two parts are integrated on one screen printing plate, so that the cost of a film and the screen printing plate is reduced by half; the silver paste film pattern is printed by adopting a mode of overturning and printing one screen printing plate, and the difference of the screen printing platesis avoided, and the deviation of the whole silver paste film pattern printing is smaller, so that the touch screen functional sheet prepared by the invention is higher in consistency compared with atouch screen functional sheet spliced and printed by two screen printing plates.
