Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-fluidic substrate, a micro-fluidic chip, a micro-fluidic system and a detection method, so that the problems that a micro-fluidic substrate in the prior art is limitedin control precision and a liquid drop which is smaller than the size of a pixel electrode cannot be controlled are solved. The micro-fluidic substrate comprises a transparent substrate, a photosensitive film positioned on one surface of the transparent substrate, and an electric control layer located on one surface, deviating from the transparent substrate, of the photosensitive film; the electric control layer comprises a plurality of control electrodes arranged in an array mode, gate lines located at the gaps between every two adjacent control electrode rows, and source lines located at thegaps between every two adjacent control electrode columns; each control electrode is electrically connected with one corresponding gate line and one corresponding source line through a transistor; and the photosensitive film is configured to generate a photo-generated built-in electric field when the photosensitive film is irradiated by the light incident on the substrate side of the transparentsubstrate.
