Due to the fact that the heat conduction layer is arranged on the liquid guide layer and the heat conductivity of the heat conduction layer is much higher than the heat conductivity of the liquid guide layer, when the heating element works, heatgenerated by the heating element is rapidly conducted to each area of the heat conduction layer through the heat conduction layer, so that the dry burning phenomenon caused by the local high temperature of the porous ceramic matrix is effectively prevented. Meanwhile, the permeability of the heat conduction layer is lower than the permeability of the liquid guide layer, so that the heat conduction layer has a relatively good liquid locking function for liquid and the liquid is prevented from leaking from the surface of the heat conduction layer.
