Abstract

A two-dimensional optical displacement sensor is characterized in that light rays emitted by a light source pass through a first sensing unit and are divided into two optical paths by means of a polarization beam splitting film; one optical path is divided into two optical paths by means of a polarization beam splitting prism, the two optical paths are respectively measured by using a photoelectric detector; measurement data is transmitted to a division arithmetic unit for processing; the other optical path enters a second sensing unit and is divided into two optical paths, and the two opticalpaths are respectively measured by means of a photoelectric detector; measurement data is transmitted to a division arithmetic unit for processing; and two-dimensional mobile information of the firstsensing unit is judged according to the data change processed by means of the two division arithmetic units. The two-dimensional optical displacement sensor adopts a double-optical-path signal detection technology, can eliminate the influence factors such as light source luminous power fluctuation and light intensity absorption; by adopting the optical method, the two-dimensional optical displacement sensor is not interfered by environmental factors such as electromagnetism, and the defects of a common electromagnetic displacement sensor are overcome; and the two-dimensional optical displacement sensor has the advantages of simple structure principle and low manufacturing cost, and is easy to realize real-time online automatic measurement.
